2011 Bean Creek Valley Art Competition

These three acrylic paintings were juried into the

Bean Creek Valley Art Competition in Hudson, MI. 

Early Commute received a blue ribbon.

This event is a fund raiser for the Thompson House Museum,

which is a Queen Anne styled home that also has beautifully restored gardens: http://www.thompsonmuseum.org/ 

Beside Still Water is a 12" x 20" acrylic on canvas.

Early Commute II is a 12" x 16" acrylic on gessoed Masonite.

Walk on Water is a 12" x 16" acrylic on Masonite.

Trick or Treat? is an 11" x 14" acrylic on gessoed Masonite.

October Fest, All Michigan All Media Visual Arts Competition 2011

October Fest is a 12" x 16" acrylic on gessoed masonite. 

It's been boxed up and is traveling to Holland Council of the Arts,

All Michigan All Media Visual Arts Competition in Holland, MI to be

 included in their juried art show which opens on September 9,

and will on display until November 2, 2011. 

The actual barn is located near Jonesville, MI.
